Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on assigned leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the right project to customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and maintain smooth lead flow.
- Make follow-up calls as per requirement.
- Manage and maintain customer database properly.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 0-2 years.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Good confidence while handling outbound calls.
- Basic understanding of customer handling and lead management.
